I don't see why they felt the need to translate it anyways? How many foreigners you know make out in parks in China? Seriously though, wouldn't a simple "Please mind your belongings", together with the photo, say it all with a lot more class while getting the message across? Someone has a crass crass mind in the PSB.

I will stop by at Hujiahui police station this PM and suggest the proper translation: "While you attempt to de-flower her under the moonlight night, Please pay attention to your man sack so that old dude wouldn’t fondle it" You think it will stick? ;) LOL
