There is no phobia involved, one only need look at the dissension and division wrought by the religionists in the USA to see they do not have the best interest of any country or people in mind. They spread ignorance and hate, nothing more.

If you let religionists gain any sort of foothold, they will bring only hate, enmity, intolerance, and dissension to a society. Just look at the hostility and egregious behavior Graham and his kind have wrought in the USA. China would be smart to put a very very strong leash on him and anyone like him, much as they do FG.
