<description>&lt;p&gt;the 26 Malaysians are safe and will fly back to Malaysia this weekend. Thanks for the support and spreading the word. All 26 tourists are in good health and are thankful to the local residents in Maoxian who help then in the absence of international aid originally sharing their scarce resources and food with the group.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Not sure if it is a reliable report or now, but at least hopeful news.  A German tourist has also recently been rescued, discussed in the same article.
