"In addition, the government has also offered to pay for all tuition fees for college, tertiary and professional education of all orphaned by the quake."

that's pretty interesting. does that include adopting an orphaned baby and bringing him/her to the United States for college?

I wonder if they'll do a BMI test on all prospective adopters.

Less,

Sony is assuming those parents who lost kids would want to adopt. You are so desperate for an argument you build a half-assed straw man. How about thinking about the fight you want to pick before you start something you worthless, lazy, fat fuck.

I'd guess that this :

3.Where a spouseless male adopts a female child, the full years of age between the adopter and the adoptee should be over 40 years.

will cause MANY WORSE PROBLEMS than these

# Unmarried
# Homosexual
# Obese
# Disfigured

and besides... doesn't the first one in the second list invalidate the rule above?

Nanhey in your own words you said;

"What if they don't want to adopt, maybe they want to make another child for themselves?"

How else can this be read? Get over yourself dweeb.

kebab stall hash is the best; and on another note, i think adopting locally is good idea for the communities and the children themselves.

Less,

You are a twit. Sony was saying that the parents who lost kids should get first pick, but the adult victims may not be the most suitable seeing what they have gone through. Stop smoking that hash you get from the local kebab stalls. Your idiocy and panda licking runs so deep it blocks any attempt at logical thinking you might be trying to make.

I think the requirement that the adopting parents be childless is fear of a Cinderella syndrome, where
the Chinese child is adopted to be a servant to the other children. It seemed to me a sensible fear years ago when China was a poor country compared to Western countries, but perhaps it should be reconsidered. My own feeling is that adopted kids are often treated more delicately than birth children and grow up spoiled as a result. But that's only when there are other kids in the house and everyone treats the adopted kids as special.

Nanhay, come back to planet earth. Yeah, obviously sony was saying that parents that lost their children should be forced to take orphans. Your hate runs so deep you have completely lost touch with reality. Drinking and posting is a bad idea.

You mean those parents with only the clothes on their backs after their lives have been destroyed? Are they in a position to provide a stable home? What if they don't want to adopt, maybe they want to make another child for themselves?
