Has anyone here heard anything about adequacy of troop levels in the earthquake and new "lake" zones?

I'm wondering if there's any sense of PLA currently stationed elsewhere being needed at home for what is obviously at this point a massive problem, to the point that the people are commenting on it in the same way people here in the States have commented on the need for National Guard troops in Iraq to be home assisting with natural disasters.
