Amnesty International Australia is running a major campaign about Internet censorship in China. Sign the anti-censoring pledge - http://action.uncensor.com.au/pledge/ - which Amnesty will deliver to the Chinese Government and the Internet companies who assist it censorship. the proxy program found at that Hack520 site is actually called Ultra Surf 8.9 or 无界浏览8.9 (8.9 being the latest version release) The download is available at quite a few of other sites as well but I can't seem to find its official page
