<description>&lt;p&gt;I guess it never occurred to the PR department to write a press release themselves, or to create their own publicity-enhancing event. And how is the decision of the PR department not the decision of the hotel? Did the janitors have to agree with the decision for the decision to truly obtain pan-hotel approval?

This sort of thing may be commonplace in China, but the excuses of the hotel&apos;s PR manager are LAME!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ve written a few hotel reviews from China, but no one ever offered me a bribe. Would&apos;ve gone well with the publishers&apos; payment...though my morals would&apos;ve suffered a bit. Damn morality getting in the way of making money.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
