And Shanghai Disney is off yet again...

Both the Shanghai government and Walt Disney Co have now denied media reports confirming the arrival of Disneyland in Shanghai by 2012. According to municipal spokesperson Chen Qiwei, "The project still needs central government approval and Shanghai will obey Beijing's decision." And with that, ladies and gentlemen, we're back at square one, so brace yourselves for the next round of ding-donging. Looks like "done deals" on Xinhua and Shanghai Daily are not what they seem. Well, there's a pretty simple answer to Donald's selfishness and insolence. It's called Beijing Donald Duck, and it's quite delicious. As is Huey, Louie and Dewey Beijing Duck.

    I think it's because Bug Bunny is a cross-dresser.

WatchBag- are you high? It's clearly because Donald Duck's many nephews go against the one child policy.

I think the government's probably put the kibosh on the deal because of Goofy's well-documented sympathy for T!betan freedom and friendship with the DL.
