Brilliant, phantastic food and a service competence, that sets standards. 

If you need a break from the rudity paired with utter incompetence of the common restaurant service staff under hapless management, serving cheap garbage in Shanghai, this is one of the rare places to go to. 

Quality &amp; excellence is served at Good Times.

Please be aware, that Good Times is nowhere near Shimen Road, it is on the opposite end of Dagu Road: Dagu Road near Chengdu Road.

I will definitely be back at Good Times and have a great time!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
