In more Olympics mascot merchandising news, look what we've just found. The perfect souvenir - a Fuwa action hero figure! But wait a minute — where's our favorite taxi driver Fuwa? Coming soon to a street corner near you. (h/t sinosplice)

Voltron X Fuwa is pretty cool.
Whats the thing between his legs?
Killer! I just hope it's a completely unlicensed product. I'm kinda guessing it is.
dedlam - that's JingJing's head. JingJing's head is the robot's chest.
So kitsch that they simply remind me of Ottoman, Batman, spiderman, or, well, to your disappointment, Barbieman, lol!
Kitsch?
I think your Kingsoft translator is leading you astray again, Eastman. Better upgrade.
To T,
I've never expected the word "kitsch" to be included in your vocabulary.
Should put our lovly "Taxi Driver Fuwa" into the new Transformer 2!
I don't even know what that means, eastman. Go back to studying your TOEFL practice books, you clearly need it.
To T,
--"I don't even know what 'Kitsch' means"?
I expected you would've said you knew and didn't think you are such an honest but typical American whose only language skill is English measured by what, Toefl! wooooow!
Try google or wikipedia, simply touch keys K-I-T-S-C-H, you'll find the word doenst belong to your vocabulary but to the learned type, lol!
Again... What the heck is with the mascot obsession? China's secret weapon?

When you use " " to quote someone, it is helpful to actually quote them correctly. There is no doubt T knows what kitsch means. And for the record, this fun-tastic Fuwa-bot is totally kitsch.
2 things that are disturbing to me:
A: Ottoman & Batman get the CAPS they deserve, but our favorite webslinger gets no love on the little "s"
B: How quickly things digress into east vs. west.
It has been said before, but can't we all just get along?
On the positive side, this Fuwa-bot is fking rad! Reminds me of my 35mm Volton camera.
