<description>&lt;p&gt;You&apos;re right about that. My favorite remains Crystal Jade, which is actually a Singapore-owned establishment. But since this is Pudong edition, I&apos;ll add 2 more dim sum places in Pudong to try:

Jing Pu Hui at Citigroup Building and Yu Ting at Eton Hotel.

<description>&lt;p&gt;There&apos;s certainly lots of mediocre Cantonese cuisine around and this is the Pudong edition, but there&apos;s also plenty of very good Cantonese food around in Shanghai: Crystal Jade or Zen for dim sum, 新旺for cha chan tang are both worthy representatives of their craft.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
