How about punishing some of the passengers, many of whom are the real tools. I love when they all stand up in mid-taxi to get their bags out of the overhead compartments and the flight attendants have to madly rush around trying to stop them.

I realize airports and airplanes are high-stress environments, and people in all countries go berserk on flights, but the amount of new fliers in China make for some pretty odd behavior in airports and planes (much like the amount of new drivers makes for wild and crazy roads). Guess that will all fade with time, so we should enjoy it while we can : )

Making the exit seats "chinese only" guarantees that no one will make it out as no one will be strong enough to pull the handle.

All the passengers should do push-ups until the bad ones simmer down

"Oh, and let laowai sit in exit seats on internal flights, please."
Good point
I had this shit a couple of times recently, they even tested my chinese and were quite taken aback when i answered them and then they got confused as they had a foreigner who could speak and understand chinese and wanted an exit seat. In the end it came down to "sorry, chinese only"
Bunch of wank stains

Erm, how about fining the airlines for dicking their customers around with diversions, cancellations, over bookings and delays.

Passengers frustration is often a symptom of the airlines rubbish customer service.

Oh, and let laowai sit in exit seats on internal flights, please.
