Shelter closes down for the Olympics

Our favourite club The Shelter has been told to close its doors until September 6, apparently in a bid to improve security for the Olympics (660 miles away).

In a mail sent to members of the Shelter Facebook group, club owner Gareth Williams says:

"Exactly what this is securing we are not sure, but I for one feel that my Olympic games experience will be much safer now that I cant listen to music in a bomb shelter."

This Saturday's Antidote event will now be held in The Bulldog (1 Wulumuqi Lu, near Hengshan Lu, tel: 6466-7878).
