Obvious failures of that system (certain local posters on this site come to mind...I am surprised he didnt jump to respond first this time) are apparent when hiring allegedly talented new graduates, but it may be the best the system can do for awhile. Hopefully the evolution of the society and system here will allow those that don't fit tthe mold to have better opportunities to succeed in their own manner.</p>
