my decision to only ever go to Thai House looks smarter every time I read about the competition.

Scary, but that is a Shanghai classic.

Chef thinks he can cook (sometimes just because he can follow a recipe), if he can cook he thinks he can do business, makes out on his own and rather sooner than later falls flat on his belly.

Among all the copies originality fades and the quality goes down the toilet.

Shanghai foodies have less and less places to go to, as everything is turned into mediocre junk food, only cheap it is.

Who suffers: The discerning customer.
