Liu Wei playing the point capably? Ignore the numbers (Liu put up decent numbers during the Olympics) and watch the games. Liu getting pressed led to the collapse against Spain - his inablity to get the ball upcourt led directly to that 4th quarter collapse as he let Rubio punk him. Repeatedly.

Sue Yue has the talent to stick in the NBA, but we'll see if he puts the work in.

Actually, I was quite impressed by this kid. He didn't get intimidated by the agressive defending of the Team USA guards like Kobe. He dribbled well, had some nice assists and some impressive blocks. Shooting 6.8 per game in a team dominated by Yao is nothing to be ashamed of. And most Olympic games average around 55 to 70 points for China anyway. If Sun can be a good role player, he can last long in the NBA. No point dissing him but of course we know he is not Kobe redux, nor did the lakers sign him as such.
