EUR 30,000, that is the value of a little girl's life in China? How come, that parents can let a little child play in a factory and get away with it unpunished? Factories need not be childproof, but they should not be a hazard to the general public either.

Actually these are important incidents because in the West this is how companies ended up being forced to post warnings about electrocution, dogs, etc by their insurance companies, the government, major investors, etc. But I would not be surprised if no such signs were posted on the fences around this factory.
