<description>&lt;p&gt;Both limiting criteria are not good for adoption.  Over ten years old is going to be a real strain for the adopting family, especially if they are a young and inexperience family.  Handicap is also a great problem as not many people would be able to provide the kind of care needed for the children to develop properly.

I hope there will be a solution soon, at least for more of the children to have a better chance in life.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
