The only thing that bothers me is that everyone was more concerned about taking photos than moving the surviving dog and its companion to safety.
@kaiserkuo: Yes, I went digging through the comments and someone mentioned 豫N = Shangqiu 商丘. Exchange between video owner and commenters shows its Changsha Hunan. Can Youku staff verify just to be sure?
@gswafford: Yes the eyewitness says people tried to help the dogs, but the living one would not let ANYONE get near them.
