Was their approach "lax" or "relaxed?" Please pick one. And is this even true? "It seems that after years of piracy, Microsoft..." makes it sound like they are the pirates. I suggest "after years of fighting piracy, Microsoft" but then that contradicts your opening sentence. C- for effort

The report states the the RM199 offer is for the student/ office edition of MS Office which generally includes only Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
