Thursday, October 2 Head to opening evening of the three days long NOTCH Festival, a cooperation between Nordic and Shanghainese audiovisual artists. According to the organizers the music genres span from Jazz, Improvisation, Electro-acoustic, Psychedelic Folk, Sound Art, Avant Garde Rock, Indie Pop to Ambient / Minimal Techno. A one day ticket is RMB 80, 50 for students, tickets can be booked through their home page.

Friday, October 3 Go retro at Mural's 70s style disco, with DJ Thomas in the booth. The prize for best disco costume is a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka. Entrance is RMB 100, with open bar.
