<description>&lt;p&gt;If the govt does not want to care for these children, couldnt they be offered for adoption?  Obviously the parents have rights here, but not if they cannot provide for the child during their imprisonment.  And obviously, a death sentence eliminates any chance of reunion.  

Can someone post further info for contacting and contributing money to Mr.Guo Jianhua&apos;s cause? &lt;/p&gt;</description>

I would be interested to know what qualifies a child as &quot;homeless&quot;. (Disclaimer: I have not watched the video because it is a pain to watch it at work).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
