That's not what I asked in my post. Where in that article does it say they are party researchers? I also happen to believe if any Western institution did the same study, the results wouldn't be far off since the Beijing populace was drilled to make the Games inviting and hospitable.

Sorry, what? Where does that article mention the researchers are CCP? The university's official site touts social sciences as one of its outstandings branches of academia so they're likely to take an interest in findings, positive or not.

No bias there, party "researchers" watching their own to see if there is improved behavior in China's capital. Of course, all of the migrants, minorities and others were all shipped out of town, put under house arrest or under threat of retaliation.
