You need a budget for *fees*, if you host events. Pubic Security regulation has it, that official closing time is midnight. If you want to stay open longer, you might have to pay a fee first.

Showed up at 1:30 all done up as McCain, with my girl as Palin (seriously, she looked just like a Chinese Sarah Palin... it was spooky), only to find the party was already over. Bummer. I was looking forward to those two free drinks, too.
