Spotted: A 'cash recycling machine' on Huaihai Lu

cash-recycling-machine.jpgThe ATM at our local ICBC bank on the corner of Huaihai Zhong Lu and Xingguo Lu has a very fancy name: "Cash Recycling Machine". We're half tempted to try what this guy did and see if it will take our fake notes.

Seriously Kenneth, you need to get out and about more.

These 'finds' of yours are a bit out of date. Most ICBC banks have these "Cash Recycling Machines", which are intended for depositing money. Obviously, not the best translation, but nothing new here.

This is up there with your 'discover' of the 'new' Red Bull cans that were available for 2 years.

For something new, head to Shanxi Lu and Jianguo lu and put up a photo of the new shop that opened there last week.

matryan sums it up. EVERY ATM that accepts deposits has been a "cash recycling machine" for as long as i've lived here.... whether ICBC, BOC, or even others...
