Of course, there is also the possibility that the crabs are contaminated with a chemical and the distributor has a large shipment it wants to clear out ;)

Yes, this is the one on the 2nd level of Infiniti and it's called "Lisboa Yum Yum Pot" (I've edited the name of the restaurant in the post). I guess it's Restaurant Lisboa's sub-brand.

Unless there's a new Restaurant Lisboa, the only one in that area is in the basement of Times Square, not Infiniti.
