^ actually its a blend of Han and mixed blodds that have lived under Han dominance so long many minoroty groups identity long died out minority groups and such are all blended into the label "Han". Just look at some surnames that really were not originally Han names, like the name Yang for example...

IMHO, the censored parts would not have touched the average Zhou in China. The way it was censored certainly is a major, major embarrassment, making the rulers look weak and timid, and I could imagine that the official responsible for this will not have a bright future.
