if a democratically elected president of taiwan can be a schandal, why not some shanghai officials. to know corruption is not only communist thing, even not a chinese thing, is the first step for you to become smart.

Ever since the first anti-corruption campaign, these campaigns were never meant to clean-up corruption, it is and has always been merely about political cleansing. This news could likely be about the result of mopping up of the remaining people close to the former Shanghai party boss.
