That entire first paragraph states the obvious (Chinese people are not all the same and have different opinions). The second paragraph only instructs the new prez to "listen" to different opinions. Not a new idea. And harnessing the internet? I reckon Obama might have figured out a bit about that new-fangled stuff already.
