If he had been passed out on the couch with an empty bottle he would have been "just a young man having fun" but he was blazing up instead. With the exception of wine, alcohol is far more toxic with fewer health benefits. And this world could do with a "smoke in".

The bong photo scandal was unfortunate, but for everything that has happened, I think his sincere apology demonstrates that Phelps has a lot of class and maturity.
