Pencil this in: Midweek clubbing edition

For those who can't wait for the weekend, here are a couple of interesting club nights to break up a cold, wet week.

Wednesday Get over the mid-week hump with Shelter's E:KLEK.TIK, where a thickly spread slice of local DJs (Siesta, Slackerton, El Nomo et al) will be playing electro, dubstep, funk and other interesting stuff in rotation throughout the night. Since tomorrow is the first of these weekly events, entry and drinks are free until midnight.

5 Yongfu Lu, near Fuxing Lu 永福路5号,近复兴路

Thursday LOgO is hosting "Bad Decisions" with MauMau, Heatwolves (whose blog has been posting up interesting sound nuggets for a while now) and Sacco (last seen showing off his punk record collection at the Shanghai '79 Punk night in The Beaver).

The charming felt-tip flyer promises "Financial Crisis Funk and Brazillian Crunk". No cover charge, 9pm - late.
