First images of Meizu M9: Looks like an iPod Touch, does what an iPhone can't

Meizu_M9_prototype_1.jpg Looks like the folk at Meizu have been listening to iPhone owners who are annoyed that their device won't support 3G with China Mobile and China Telecom.

Latest news from Engadget and PMP Today says that the latest device from Meizu will come in two flavors.

The M9c will support the CDMA2000 3G standard provided by China Telecom and the M9t will support the grown-in-China TD-SCDMA standard that China Mobile will be using.

A clever strategy to fill the void that Apple has left by not lauching a China iPhone. All this might even make us forget that M9 looks almost exactly like an iPod Touch.
