What's going on with Youtube in China?

youtubeblock.jpg Everybody would like to know! Starting from last night, Youtube.com has been having intermittent issues all over the country - yet, because some people can't get on while some people can, it's hard to say whether we've all been great firewalled again (which happened last time around politically sensitive dates) or whether it's just some strange China-only technical glitch.

Doesn't this usually happen around NPC time? And especially around sensitive dates such as the ones we have coming up

Admittedly, this doesn't explain the inconsistency of the blackout

YouTube working fine for me here in Shanghai.

??? What district? I can't get it at all. I tested on a computer at home (northwestern area) and on an iPhone in various locations around the city.

It's blocked here in Zhejiang province. Also, Bloglines is blocked, which I use as my RSS reader.
