<description>&lt;p&gt;We&apos;ve seen some upset people in airports.  Last year, after the spring festival transportation mess, we watched a woman go berserk on an airline employee in the Guangzhou airport, punching and kicking and everything.  There were a number of cellphone cameras out - I wouldn&apos;t be surprised to find it on youtube somewhere.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
