While China lags behind the rest of the world in launching it’s 3G service, ChinaTechNews.com have reported from an inside source that China Mobile is already gearing up for a 4G service to be ready by World Expo in 2010.
Officially defined as an mobile internet service that can reach download speeds of 100MB per second, the TD-LTE standard is said to be able to reach that speed and 50MB per second upload speeds.
Now all we need is someone to design a phone that can support World of Warcraft to make use of that lightning speed. Perhaps that what HTC are planning to do with the US$8 million they just invested into their Shanghai plant.
