First off, I don&apos;t think Shanghai&apos;s music scene is foreign-dominated at all -- there are far more Chinese bands who play far more often. Hard Queen were reacting to the racist policies of the owner of Windows who fired them for being Chinese, not lashing out at foreign bands.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
