And the second expo team can get @#$%ed, regardless of what the US law says. The State Dept has far, far, far more important and critical things it should be investing it&apos;s already tight budget in. If these so-called &apos;expo experts&apos; can&apos;t raise the money themselves in the private sector, perhaps they should look for a new line of work.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
