And the second expo team can get @#$%ed, regardless of what the US law says. The State Dept has far, far, far more important and critical things it should be investing it's already tight budget in. If these so-called 'expo experts' can't raise the money themselves in the private sector, perhaps they should look for a new line of work.</p>
