You CAN still watch Youtube

star-wars-kid.jpg Have you been missing laughing babies and sneezing pandas? Haven't seen Star Wars kid in too long of a time? Or you just wanted to feel plugged into the international video-trading scene again?

The Internet has come to the rescue, with the aptly named YouTube proxy. Just go to the website, click the "YouTube" button and then "Go," and you're in. It's not quite as awesome as if Youtube weren't GFWed (or if a VPN actually works on your computer), but at least you CAN start watching what your friends from the rest of the world are sending you.

Better get all your video watching done quick though, this proxy - like many before it - may not last long before it's GFWed itself.

cool! Hope it lasts, although it's still slow as ballz

It's gone already, but any proxy will do. It doesn't have to be YouTube specific.

Sorry. Please delete extra posts.

When I tweeted this proxy last night, it was worked quite fast, by today it wasn't working - something about account being expired (what account?!) and having to wait 499 hours (or was it mins...) to use it again.

Tonight, however, it is working again - but so bloody slow.
