David Stern on China and basketball: "I'm pretty sure they think they invented it"

NBA Commissioner David Stern is interviewed in a video from NBC Sports entitled "China's passion for basketball." Stern appears to have adopted his own passion for another Chinese invention: the comb-over.

    I appreciate the effort and the sentiment, but seriously... how hard is it to learn how to pronounce the only three Chinese names that he needs to know?



    Also, Chinese people had "never seen TV" 15 years ago? That's ridiculous and a bit condescending (unintentional, I'm sure, but still...).



    Who @NBA China gave this vid the ok?
