    Well if he sits any closer to the road he can shine tires too.



    Makes me think. Sidewalks are some of the least regulated structures in Shanghai. I almost tripped over a peeping fire hydrant the other night, call me clumsy but the thing was located toward the middle of the sidewalk.



    Two thumbs up for the sidewalk regulatory crew.
