Photos: Ghostface Killah mows us down at WTF Club

Ghostface Killah rocked out Wu-Tang style in Shanghai last Sunday night, June 14 at the WTF Club in Red Town (which some of you may have known as the old hip hop club, Candy). With the artist originally facing visa complications, many were worried he wouldn't actually make it to Shanghai. But in the end, Split Works! stuck to their word and helped deliver an incredible show. Support from local musicians - including Red Star, Ne Zha and Didjelirium - pumped up the crowd before the main act.

yo how terrible was that dj? Overall a descent show although he went on pretty late and I would assume he could have cut out one of his hype men and instead brought along his own dj.

I don't know that he was terrible, more that he was totally unprepared to handle working with Ghostface.

According to the reviews in Beijing, Iron Man spent a lot of time complaining about the sound up there too - so maybe its part of the schtick?

Anyways - Ghostface KILLED it (no pun intended). I've been totally disoriented all day at work, but it was worth it.
