This week's Adoptable Pet from Second Chance Animal Aid, Shanghaiist's favorite adopted animal charity.
Name: Angel
Age: 2 years old
Health: Treated for fleas, mites and worms. Vaccinated, spayed and tested for FIV and FeLV.
Ideal Home: A home with older children and no cats.
Story:
My name is Angel and my heavenly name is well-earned - it's miraculous that I survived being trapped and near starving to death in an apartment compound basement after falling in too far to jump out. Luckily, people finally found me and I am now safe and sound and very healthy.I'm a pretty blue-eyed, soft, white girl. I'm an affectionate cat who enjoys watching the fish tank, getting head rubs, and opening cupboards to nap in. My foster parents say I like to get into funny places, like under the covers of a freshly made bed. I'm super affectionate and will greet you at the door, and I enjoy chasing toys across the apartment.
