Hot iPhone web app: "Kobe's New Identity"

With the iPhone coming to China in September (fingers crossed), maybe it's time to start checking out all the cool new iphone apps you can download... like this one, entitled "Kobe's New Identity." What?

We're the first to admit we don't understand how the iPhone app approval process works, but how in the world did this one - which seems to be nothing more than an article on CRI about Kobe Bryant teaming up with China's Soong Ching-Ling Foundation - make it onto the Apple website as the most recent sports download? Are we missing something? (Thanks Edna!)
