Evan Osnos over at The New Yorker has found a sneak preview of what's to come during the 60th anniversary celebrations in Beijing. According to Osnos, "Beijing college students have been pulled away from online games and the job hunt to take part in the extravaganza, and they have been practicing for months on playing fields and campus greens across the city."

So we guess we should add super coordinated cheering and yellow feather waving to the list of things we will see on October 1.

And in case you're whining about how you can't see Youtube videos, check out the many different ways we've found for you to get around the GFW. With that, Twitter and Facebook blocked, we don't know how you're functioning without one anyway.
