Hello China, from the rest of the world

hellochina_chinadaily.jpg Yeesh, speaking of propaganda, it seems that China Daily has an entire section devoted solely to foreign dignitaries wishing China, among other things, a happy birthday and a bright future.

First up is Jon M. Huntsman, who was recently sword in as the U.S. ambassador to China, who tells us that "China has undergone a historic economic transformation in the recent decades that brought millions of people out of poverty." Other ambassadors include those from Hungary, Greece, France and New Zealand.

The interviews are all in English. We wonder if, by China's 75th anniversary, they could be forcing everyone to say how much they love China in Chinese.
