From notes taken at the ninth session of the 2009 SCIO Internet News Work Training Session. Zhou was one of the participants, which seeks to train those who manage websites that publish news. Besides his comments on the internet, he also mentioned that under the CCP, Xinhua breaks the news; the People’s Daily publishes editorials and provides in-depth reporting.
