Said in a Financial Times interview on Lenovo in the Chinese market. The company has just recovered from the financial crisis, mainly boosted by its strength in China. Liu also talked about the LePhone, Lenovo’s answer to the iPhone (only in China, though). While Apple products are desirable amongst Chinese consumers, official channels for their sales are extremely limited – we’ll see how Lenovo continues to fare as Apple pushes its way here, starting with Shanghai’s first Apple store opening this Saturday.
