Hey mini movie makers! The Italian Pavilion at the World Expo is hoping to give YOU money if you win their “My Expo Movie” contest, open to anyone who visits over the month of August (technically June 30th to August 30th).
Movies need to be about either the Italian Pavilion or the Expo in general and must be three minutes or under long. They can’t contain any recognizable people (I guess, they mean, celebrities) and nobody actually affiliated with the Italian Pavilion, Prix or RAI (the sponsors) can participate. Winners can get up to 1,500 euros (13,205RMB).
As long as you don’t mind the fact that RAI then claims all rights to your submitted material (and that’s probably normal, right?), it might be a fun contest to enter. You can register on the site here.
