So how does one measure a good breast? Is it the bounce? The rotundity? The ratio of cleavage to sideboob? We're a little disappointed that question wasn't answered at China's first "Breast Model" contest, held in Hunan Province recently.
In fact, the contest raises much more questions than it answers. According to China Hush, the contest lasted nearly two months (were the puppies on display the entire time?) and the finale was held on a rainy day in Changsha. Apparently, it had trouble finding contestants:

But it seemed to have no problem finding fans. The unceasing rain (which caused some of the models to slip and fall) apparently "did not affect the enthusiasm" of the public at all, who waited more than an hour to catch a glimpse of breast.
It seems, from the pictures, that the racks remained hidden. It also seems that the criteria was as well. Ladies ripped off shirts in front of the audience, gyrated behind a screen and showed off "perfect bodies" and "elegant dance moves." In the end, the winning prize went to Ma Yuan, an F cup with a graduate degree who had been a favorite since the beginning fo her "graceful self confidence and intelligence." Is that what they call it these days?
Unlike the Hunan audience, netizens seemed generally unimpressed. "In this competition, the winner depends more on the shape of the underwear than the true self," one snarked on iFeng's fashion site. "Vulgar! Really vulgar! Hunan has almost become synonymous with vulgar!" others pronounced. Others questioned the reason for hosting this type of contest, with one user from Jiangsu arguing that it was "high-level prostitutes in training, so it's called a covert competition," while another from Yiyang lamented that "Modern women are really without talent or morality: Only choosing beauty, eating and drinking, hoarding and gambling, but actually doing nothing , no ideology, no virtue, no dreams."
And one netizen, Topsunangel from Zhejiang Province, proposed the best idea yet: "The annual festival of Ningbo Port's "JJ" trials are about to open. Eligible men to join have JJs between 2 to 40cm in length, and can be domestic, joint ventured or foreign. The prize: 10 million Yuan!"
