It’s that time of year again: our favorite non-holiday Halloween is fast approaching! And like the years before, we’re going to have a kickin’ Halloween bash! This year, we celebrate the end of Expo with the vision it has given us: a ruined city controlled by our robotic Haibao overlords. Yeah, party!
For Haibot Apocalyspe 2010, we’re taking a cue from last year’s Zombie Walk and starting with a Robot March from Jing’an Temple to one of Shanghai’s coolest new art spaces, The Nut. The reactions last time were priceless!
Waiting for us marchers at The Nut will be a smorgasboard of reasonably priced drinks (hey, it’ll be the only thing that gets us by in the future) and the sweet dystopian sounds of R3, Linfeng, DJ Ssosso + PQ, Adept! Also playing: the crazy videoscape of VJ Tang Ting. Remember to dress up in your best post-apocalyptic gear: those with the best costumes will win some pretty sweet prizes!
